@brennan So many juicy plots! I'm happy to thread any and all of these at any time! Haha We can definitely do a past thread with Rory, that'd be fun to see them butting heads (literally xD). Or a thread with Luce, shake her up a bit. Lol
So they were a year apart and in the same house so they would at least know each other. how lucy feels about rue being a half-werewolf would be up to you and dictate their friendship or lack thereof.
Same deal - how they feel about her being a half-werewolf would sort of dictate what type of relationship they had. Just let me know if you have any ideas!
@indi && Paisley B. Corner // OH THIS IS GOING TO BE SO INTERESTING. Paisley is very intent on being Head Girl - she's prefect, wants to be the best at everything she does, and wants to shoot for the stars in terms of her career and future. She's all about making success for herself at all costs, and in doing that she wants to be on the good side of all the right people. Indi was probably one of the people she'd have initially really wanted to impress, given her family name and connections - but Paisley was raised by a single muggle mother. She resents her mother and how she was raised, no matter how much she loves her, and if Indi were to shun her because of it, it would really really bother Paisley, because the circumstances of her birth is something that's out of her control. And she hates not being in control. To have Indi, someone she'd want to impress, dislike over something she can't change would upset her a lot. She'd pretend to be over it, but it's probably an insecurity that's she's held onto the entire time they've been at Hogwarts together.
@indi && Dominique E. Weasley // OOFT. There's a year difference between them, but I'm sure if Dom knows anything of Indi's supposed disdain for muggles and anyone who isn't pureblood, she'd have some very strong words about it, and would probably dislike Indi pretty intensely, just from a moralistic standpoint. And Dom's good opinion, once lost, is something that's pretty hard to regain.
Jasper M. Kirke && @rory // oooohhhhh boyyyyy. these two. i've said it in the cbox, but i'll say it again - i love what you've done with rory, and he's exactly what i was hoping for. Jasper just does not deal with conflict or negativity well at all, and for that reason he just can't get on with his younger brother. It upsets him, a lot, because he knows he should love him, and he's probably tried his bloody hardest to get on with him and move past his own upset, but he just always reaches the point where rory overwhelms him and he just has to stay away. i get the vibe jasper is in major avoidance mode while they're in school and much prefers spending time with Lucas rather than Rory any day (even though it makes him so sad because brothers shouldn't be this way with each other). I HAVE FEELINGS!!
Paisley B. Corner && @rory // same year and prefects, paisley is a bit of bitch and a perfectionist. i bet these two have had some competition and weird stand offs over the years? the two of them are just competitive, that i can't see them not constantly trying to best each other. If this is the case she probably dislikes him while also simultaneously respecting him and wanting to be friends with him? She hates when other people are better than her, because she has to be the best, but one of the only things she genuinely values in other people is a desire to do better, which Rory has in spades. This could be fun.
Lucy Anne Weasley ++ @rudina Lucy does not give a hoot about blood status and wouldn't bat an eyelid at Rue being half werewolf, she would have been friendly to her around the castle, definitely. =)
@raphael ++ @rudina He's definitely flirted with her when she was still at school. I don't know if she would have flirted back, but he noticed her and made it clear that he fancied her. LOL
@indi ++ Paisley B. Corner This is so interesting, because Indi would secretly really admire Paisley for being so driven and wanting to make a success of herself, and to have to give her dirty looks over the years and keep her distance would just be really hard for Indi. Of course she's done it, and possibly snapped the odd catty comment at her if Paisley has tried to talk to her, but she just feels horrible about it.
@indi ++ Dominique E. Weasley This is devastating on a deeper level, but on the surface, Indi couldn't care less about Dom, and says she's the worst of the Weasley clan for her do-gooder nature. Really, she wishes she could join WFABW and do some good in the world, but yeah, that's never gonna happen. For now these two probably just can't stand the sight of each other, and it's easier for Indi to not go near Dom, because it's less confusing for her and she doesn't have to feel bad about her behaviour if she doesn't actually have to be in the same vicinity as her. Indi probably cried in secret over this one when they first came to blows. xD
@rory ++ Jasper M. Kirke I'm soooo glad I got him right for you! I worry whenever I go near want ads. Hahaha So yeah, Rory is disappointed in his big brother, and is now adamant that he will be the "man of the family" and Jasper can just move out of the way. He resents that Lucas spends so much time with Jasper because they're the same house, and he's really looking forward to Jasper graduating so he can have his little brother all to himself and get rid of the wet sock influence. xD Jasper can avoid him all he likes, but Rory will always seek him out if he gets a sniff of him being in the same area of the castle. A part of him thinks that if he keeps up his tough love (and he does love him, in how own way), Jasper will toughen up and start to change and be a better, stronger person, but at the same time, another part of him kind of enjoys tormenting Jasper. So dysfunctional!! "Stop being a delicate little flower, Jasper! You're tearing the family apart!" Rory totally blames Jas for any and all of the family trouble they have, even though it's totally his own fault. xD
@rory ++ Paisley B. Corner Ooooh, love to hate you vibes! He wants to be Head Boy, she wants to be Head Girl, they constantly pick and snap at each other, and there's loads of "you're never gonna make Head boy/girl" being thrown around, but they both walk away kind of having enjoyed their interactions, even if they did piss each other off. Weird but fun! And an underlying sense of respect for the drive the other one has.
Two very outgoing, loud, troublemaking Weasleys! Fred and Lucy have more than likely had their names screamed out at every single Weasley gathering they've been at together. One of them would come up with an idea, and before even having time to agree they'd both be putting it into action; she'd probably know how it would turn out, but Fred would just charge headfirst into whatever mischief.
Fred probably wasn't too surprised by her going into Ravenclaw, mainly because it was nice to see the Weasley name breaking the mould a little each year, and even though she's in the year below he probably goes to her for the occasional tip on his homework (when he actually feels like/is forced into doing it). They're also different positions on their respective Quiddich teams, they both probably manage to have a little bit of banter in inter-house training matches and even more so in official matches.
Not sure how much closer they would be, since Percy is very 'mundane' compared to George so Percy's family probably didn't come round to visit the joke shop as regularly as other members of the family tree would, and she's not in the same house, so maybe she wouldn't know much about his meltdowns.
Indi's usual demeanour is most likely someone Alexis doesn't really get along with; Indi is manipulative, lying purist that Alexis has managed to hide away from. Most pureblood Slytherins know that 'Parker' is just hiding the 'Fawley' name that her father disgraced by marrying and having a child with a muggle, but Alexis doesn't really care how it gets her treated. Because of that, and the 'year' gap between them, Alexis probably doesn't know how kind she actually is with her friends. It'd be interesting if they did manage to become friends but Alexis would 100% be unable to keep her mouth shut about how the Indara everyone sees is just a front and she's actually nice - which would be worse coming from a 'blood traitor' family.
Finn is probably a little bit fed up of Sam's attractiveness, but it's nothing that's going to make them enemies or anything. A fellow colleague that Finn gets along with, but unless you can think of anything they're probably just workmates than having a major friendship. Of course, Finn will raise a toast with anyone on a Friday night but he's an adventurous thrill-seeker.
Fred isn't the most well behaved student, far from it, but he gets pretty consistent 'middle-of-the-road' grades for his Charms assignments, when he does them. Due to growing up in the development rooms of his father's shop, he's seen lots of charms for many different unexpected outcomes for a long time, so it probably took him a while to learn school-appropriate spells.
[wipes brow the most characters i've done in one plotter so far pfff]
