//BIO - - - Hugo is a sixteen year old Hufflepuff and one of the many Weasleys running around. He loves people. He loves talking to them and just being around them. He's also really kind and helpful. He'll lend a helping hand to anyone if he feels they need one for any reason, except school work. He's not very good when it comes to classes. He can become easily confused and has been forced to get tutors of his own just to pass them.
//FRIENDS - - - Due to his sociable and friendly demeanor, he didn't have many problems making friends. He's willing to talk to anyone, no matter who they were. Hugo's an accepting person and never cared what family someone came from; he talked to them anyway and try to build a friendship with them. He'd probably have a lot of close friends and a few casual ones. He's a good friend. He's loyal and will make himself available if they need him.
//ENEMIES - - - If people have an issue with his family, they may not like him. There might be those who get annoyed by how talkative and energetic he tends to be. Hugo can also be really competitive when it comes to Quidditch, so he's likely to have some Quidditch rivals, which may not always be friendly. He's also been bullied since his first year because he can come across as an idiot. As a result, he doesn't just hate those bullying him; he hates bullies in general.
//LOVERS - - - He's never been in love. He's not even sure if he'd recognize it when it finally comes around. He's had two boyfriends, but neither of them were serious; the relationships only lasting a few months. While he doesn't mind being single, he's looking for a boyfriend. He's looking to fall in love. Hugo can be very flirtatious and will flirt with just about any guy he knew liked guys. That being said, he doesn't care for flings or one night stands. He wants there to be more to it than that.
Mon cousin!!! Dom's quite a big personality, and she has a lot of strong and passionate feelings about making the world a better place - she means well but she can be a bit brash sometimes, which can lead to some disagreements. She just has the tendency to focus on the bigger picture rather than people's feelings, but in general she is a very compassionate person who wants to do what is good and right above all.
She loves her family, and though she's not very verbose expressing how much, she quietly is very sentimental about them - she's close with Roxanne and James especially. All three were in the Gryffindor Quidditch team together until James gave it up earlier this year. I imagine Dom has a friendly kind of rivalry with Hugo - she's probably a lot harsher on her other rivals, but being family they probably grew up playing together.
Honestly most of Dom's time is focused on her group 'Wizard's For A Better World' and the work they do, so much like the rest of her cousins, she'll definitely have pestered Hugo to join (and will continue to do so, even if Hugo's not interested. She's a bit persistent like that).
Jasper is a 7th Year Hufflepuff, so same house as Hugo, and I think these two seem kind of kindred spirits. Jasper is a gentle soul, but endlessly friendly, social and adventurous. He's very kind, loves to get to know new people so I have no doubt that these two will get along very well. Jasper is a bit of a pro at running away from confrontation and negativity though, so I don't know how much help he'd be against any bullies because he really can't handle that sort of thing - he can only deal with it by literally running away from his problems. But he would definitely be on Hugo's side - he hates people who try to bring others down. Friends?
These two are in the same year, but I don't know how much they'd interact - Paisley doesn't tend to waste her time with people who aren't as ambitious as she is, and she has little to no interest in Quidditch. You'd just better hope you're never breaking any rules when she's around - Paisley would brandish her Prefects badge and report you immediately. Bit of an uptight one, this one haha.
I don't know if Hugo takes Potions anymore, but Ezra is a fun and supportive teacher - even if Hugo struggled with Potions, Ezra would do his best to make sure that Hugo felt comfortable in his classroom, and would have been more than happy to support him with whatever he might need. Ezra has a bit of a reputation for helping out students even if they're no good at school - he just wants to make sure they're happy with what they're doing no matter what that might be. And if he ever caught sight of any bullying, he'd have put a stop to it.
-crashes into your plotter- Hello!! I believe that these two definitely have to be friends. Or at least be really friendly with each other! Cece is my nicest character by far. She wants to say that she, just like Hugo, loves people, but she has a real problem getting super close to them. She's a Seer and uses her powers however she wants, which is to say that she does not use them the way that she's 'supposed to' and gets into mischief that way. XD There are only a select few who know about it, though, and most of them are her family members. Like Hugo, Cece has a bunch of family. Like a lot more than I realized, lol. She has no trouble befriending people, but it's difficult for those friendships to be anything more than the base required of a friendship. That being said, she is a social guru. Like, she's a pretty big player on the world wizarding network. Her mother is a fashion guru and Cece kinda follows in her footsteps. She has a twin and they're nothing alike, but they're best friends. She's also a little studious...in some classes more than others, so I can't imagine that she wouldn't help Hugo out where he needed it!
Dominique E. Weasley : Yes, there’d definitely be a bit of a rivalry between them where Quidditch is concerned, but Hugo would definitely keep it friendly because she’s family. As for her group, if she’s that persistent, he’s not going to keep turning her down, so she may be able to get him to eventually.
Jasper M. Kirke : I can definitely see them getting along really well. They seem to be a lot alike and they probably became fast friends when they met. Hugo would understand that he’s not the confrontational type, so he won’t mind him not helping with the bullies.
Paisley B. Corner : I’d agree; probably not a lot of interaction between these two. He wouldn’t really understand her lack of interest in Quidditch and I can see him asking her about it. Honestly, Hugo’s not big on rule breaking. He might every once in a while, but not too often.
Ezra A. Morris : I think Hugo probably still takes Potions. It isn’t one his worst classes and since Ezra’s supportive, he wouldn’t have had a problem with deciding to keep at it. He’d like him and considers him one of his favorite professors.
Ceres Selene Abercrombie : They’d still get along, even if they do only form the base of a friendship. They could bond over being from a large family. Hugo’s an accepting person, so her Seer abilities wouldn’t bother him if he ever found out about them. That would be great. He’d seek her out quite a bit whenever he had questions about his homework.
As mentioned, Cece is always on social media. Her Quiv is her life and always on her person. If they're friends, that means that Hugo is definitely on the receiving end of constantly being connected. Whether that be pictures or snapchat-equivalents or memes in general. Homegirl loves her memes. She is also extremely ambitious. (She's torn between being a model/spokesperson and a fashion designer herself.) I imagine that she is always trying to fit Hugo for whatever outfit. If he has a favorite Quidditch team, she's probably made him one of a kind merch. XD Always has Hufflepuff stuff.
